About the Speaker

“I am the Program Director of the College Living Experience (CLE) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which provides wrap-around transition supports for young adults with disabilities. Having worked at CLE for over 12 years, and in a variety of roles, I have a unique understanding of the ways in which all areas of life influence each other. To help our students achieve their highest level of independence, they must grow in each area and learn how to seek balance in their life. I am dedicated and passionate about helping our students become who they were truly meant to be and achieve their dreams. As a leader, I also believe in the importance of teamwork, collaboration, accountability, and the process of continual learning and growth.”
